@sd We don't have a delete account option in the user preferences here at qoto either -- reason being some people can't grasp the idea that a deletion in not reversable.

You might need to send a DM to their site staff and request it, that's how it's done here - Freemo wants an emailed message from the registered account email to process this too (to reduce hacked requests)
