Delete unwanted Notifications in Web client. Please?
A simple request and easy to implement feature. Much appreciated when hell threads include your attrib username in them.
I found some outstanding work on the Japanese 'The Desk' client, including a real time filter capable of changing Notifications pending on the fly.

@design_RG Honestly the columns should be resizable.
@freemo Those two are, they have handles on the side and can be adjusted easily.
* WhaleBird client, also a full Desktop app, has the same resizing option, slip and slide at will.
* I tried HyperSpace client as well as Halcyon recently.
HyperSpace is interesting, different, allows a few different modes. But it didn't win me over with any Wow factors.

* Halcyon I found just like the Twitter wb client, which is it's inspiration; and I would not be able to use the side spaces at all; single panel only.
@design_RG Yes I meant in our default web UI or vanilla mastodon .. sadly here they are not, but should be.
@freemo Yes, I agree. One can always hope.
If they looked at the improvement ideas that Collapsed Mastodon adds to the AWI layouts, I think it could be a great advancement.
It is a very comfortable environment for me to work in, very productive for both reading and writing.
Also from The Desk -- the surprisingly flexible layout possible.
A two panel with a live Feed and a narrower Notifications looks like a great way to use a mastodon or fedi client. The Desk is so full of controls and options that you need time to experiment with and discover, try things.
