@khird Yes but you are not agreeing to that when you sign (as is clearly stated in the area you sign). It is simply asserting what you must do, which is true whether you sign or not.

That should be common sense, if you are given a misdemenor you either need to pay it or show in court, that is true regardless of if you agree to it or not.
