@mikelga Neither have I. As far as i know i invented it (though im sure some ambitious schmuck out there has done this before).
@freemo sonetimes when i buy sheep milk cheese, Idiazabal type, i let drying a small portion, and i enjoy it very much with a glass of my production wine or beer.
@mikelga I think a lot of cheese is excellent with a bit of drying. After all thats half of what fried cheese is.
@freemo mmm tasty! I have never seen this cheese nor this processing but it has a very tempting looking!
