@freemo So, anyone who wants to attend university can go, even those with IQ's of 50? What are t he odds of getting ROI for such students?

@sda Well if you want to get into the technicals I beleive that it should extend beyond just universities and apply to any educational system. This would include vocational training, and training for those with low IQ on other highly skilled tasks (low IQ can still do many highly skilled tasks, just not intellectual ones).

So yes, even people with an IQ 50, no not a fantasy, many of them learn skills.

@freemo Ok, so free university doesn't include universal university (as with high school). I'm relieved you weren't implying what I was inferring.

@sda If by that you mean everyone must go to university, then no I dont think that should be the case. I do think it is good for most people to gain the level of skills a university would give, but I see no reason youd have to squire that through a university, and other types of skills (like vocational ones) are just as valid for sure.
