A recipe for a perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich?
Simple and detailed, at the NY Times.
Easy to follow short video too. Yummy looking, comfort food with few ingredients. 👍

...or maybe go for a oven roasted sausage, almost cut thru like shown in the nice photo?
I would not use a greasy Kolbassa or Kielbassa as they list, but a much nicer, less fat and much more flavourful Chouriço (Portuguese sausage, yummy) or the similar Spanish Chorizo, easier to find in supermarkets possibly.
Same idea, roast veggies for accompanying it, cut sausage in thin slices almost thru, and roast in oven.
Don't add the sugary items on the recipe, imo. Enjoy with a glass of Tinto and a nice bread, freshly sliced on the table; or torn in chunks by hand even. #cooking #recipe #Portugal #Espanha #Spain #olé

@design_RG that looks AMAZING! I feel like I need to put in another meat order soon!
@freemo I had a table roasted Chouriço in a patio, on a small village in Northern Portugal, and it was wonderful. Accompanied by good Tinto and bread as I mentioned, eaten under the grapewine covered trellis above us, on a beautiful Spring day.
Sweet memories! Similar to the one in this photo -- which has a delicious Portuguese "Sagres" beer, another worthy accompaniment to the plate.
recipe? super easy. https://easyportugueserecipes.com/grilled-chourico-chourico-assado/
@design_RG When i think of good places to eat meat I think of portugal and germany... man I do miss german food!
@design_RG When I think of good fish my mind goes to italy, but I'm bias there.. greek too.. Portugal I always think of red meat, not sure why.
Beef is really overused anyway. I like the fact that rely more on other meats IMO.
The netherlands was always amazing with freshness. They have farms everywhere so its often farm to table on meat.
