Open access, open review, peer review, and replication are all necessary elements to detect fallacies (whether intentional as fraud or not). Any of them, when applies in a healthy environment, will reduce fallacies, but they arent perfect.
I've been wanting to start a open-access open-review journal myself for sometime that might do well in that effort.
I've mentioned our peer tube instance to you before for hosting videos right? NP with hosting them yourself of course just thought you might be interested if I hadnt brought it up to you before.
peertube is nice because it is specific to videos, it is federated, the bandwidth is shared througha torrent-like interface, and supports things like live streaming.
If you plan to post videos the peer tube instance is the way to go.
