Yes, and they should also drop 38,000 bombs in a single day, in a single region of the US to help in the effort to win the hearts and minds of the US people.

Just think how much love the US citizens will have for their govt if the US would just kill about 1 million of them.

Then after a withdraw, toss a few bombs to kill more children, just for fun.
