A lot of the ones I've read say it happens in both, like the clot shot part.
There's also the infamous censored subreddit about vaccine long haulers in which people get the infamous long COVID symptoms from the shot instead. Even the media articles with misleading info about the heart issues saying it's less likely with the shot say that it happens with the real deal too.

Yup, and the thing is it's literally from the spike protein the vaccines (both mRNA and non mRNA) tried to make. That's why clotting happened in both ones.

The heart inflamation issue is likely unrelated, at least according to what im reading which explains the underlying cause of the clots and doesnt seem to make any mention of any links to the inflammation issue.
Keep in mind both he clots and the heart inflammation is extremely rare, single digits out of millions. So while they are real issues they arent huge concerns for the most part.

The other two had heart inflammation moreso instead, and usually more effects after shot #2.
