Holy fuck my resting heart rate has continued to improve and over the last month or so it went down another 10 bpm. Im at about 68bpm right now which ia absolutely amazing for a man of my weight. 4 or 5 months ago my resting heart rate was in the low hundreds.
@freemo Any lower and we might have to debate whether you're officially undead or not.

Happens both with and without tanks. Chances are in his case he used a tank to go down but free dove without a tank to come up (a special type of free diving that is fairly common).
@freemo Yeah, I've read an article a few days ago about someone diving deep (without tank, free diving) and then getting back up and thumbed up to show he's okay... and then collapsed into a coma and died shortly thereafter. Whoopsie.
