No generalizations are not racist. The definition of racism is:
prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
Saying a factual statement about what did or didnt happen such as what I said: "I've been in arab communities outside of Israel the people have been some of the kindest people I've ever met."
No thats not racist... The definition is very clear. It also isnt even a generalization, it is simply a statement of fact as to what I experienced and made no extrapolation to "everyone".
It is very odd just how hard you are bending over backwards to find racism where none exists.

if there is no such thing as race there can't be racism either, xenophobia would be the right term, xenophobia can be fear, hatred or aversion of what is foreign.

I dont agree with the premise that there is no such thing as race, so any conclusions drawn from that also fail.

Ethnicity exists, race exists.. xenophobia is bad, racism is bad.
