I've been very patience with your posting for the past year, despite it majority of the time not being technology related, and it being $current_event $current_war $current_news $current_vaccine and I've largely given you a pass provided that you keep it on your profile and not invade remote instances or get into spats with other users.
However right now you are not in your lane, and you are arguing with the admin of qoto.
He's not going to convince you, you are not going to convince him. Either agree to disagree and move on with your day, or go make an alt account on noagenda or someplace else.

The problem I have with this dude is the bad-faith way he argues which resembles a troll more than a respectful debate.Its the lack of productivity and the inability to even attempt being productive combined with the absurdity that is troubling IMO.
That said I am extremely more tolerant than your typical admin and I think if he acts this way with any other server admin it would stand a good chance of getting your server suspended. So I do understand your concern, just wanted to let you know I'm pretty easy going with this stuff is all.

Hence, I have an uncomfortable position to maintain of not banning opinions that are shared on user profiles provided they remain on user profiles. While not allowing discourse not regarding technology to occur.
It's an unfortunate compromise because nobody really gets what they want. However the server gets to protect itself which is probably more important.
