@freemo I know. Same issue with running a server. The point of being an admin or "Mod" (staff privileged user) is to lord it over mortals and lesser beings. The idea of serving a user base and facilitating the common interest of the them? That notion can just piss right off!

@Romaq the difference is that a minecraft server doesnt rely on a healthy connected and federated network to be useful.

I run a server as a matter of self-defense from encountering too many godlings. At this point, because of my wife's disability, running my own server of "whatever game" is just life to keep her from having to deal with that nonsense.
