Not sure what any of that has to do with if its a fetish or not. After sex people have babies and gain weight, this means a persons ankles, feet, breasts,a nd face, all change as a response to sex... that has little to do with if it is feshized or not.
Unless its a vagina or a penis it isnt a "Sexual organ" other than arbitrary societal norms which mean very little... Ergo the fact that some people **need** a pretty face or nice tits in order to get off by definition makes those fetishes.
The fact that a face conveys empathy doesnt make it any less of a fetish if the **attractiveness** of the face is a factor.. You might not have sex with an ugly 120 year old no matter how much empathy she shows in her face, cause you just arent physically attracted to her face.
