@freemo Spam wasn't an issue as such (just saying). It was more that others may seem spam first.
I never saw it as major problem here, and even like reporting new accounts myself!
Hope your changes don't create new problems but yes sounds ok
@freeschool It was needed, I had the same concerns you have had the last few weeks since spam has been on the up tick.
