@garyackerman Disagree (in the nicest way as I read some more posts enjoyably).

You can test almost anything

AND people have tested on mice and people regularly.

They can see the regular results... such as charging people more = a certain result or behaviour (deterrent or incentive)... or punishment and threats of fines = force people into another way

and then than = a direct result coming to change something effectively moving people from "here" to "over there" ...

Wicked problems can often be very clearly defined by what holds the person (often in terms of humanity). So if you are talking about problems in relative terms to a person then looking at people as money only might turn them into nasties or just anything that doesn't consider the basics (and in the modern world debases itself based on debt that ever increases or encourages people to sell everything including their soul and grandma... which still isn't enough as debt x debt = more debt with salaries that stay the same and house prices sky rocket).

If you have a sterilising system - perpaps lacking input and creativity to solve humanities basics (let alone feed off them like a unquenchable vampire) -> then you are effectively blocking human life (other than a work life ignoring that what humans need)
...then you can say that is inherited or systematic wicked people from those who might not can to starve brains or physically starving them to do even worse work / debt for others in the world.

Happy to hear thoughts on those basics (or just Yes / No / Maybe overall)

I think one’s interpretation of problems can be agreed on macro level but the resolution as often that takes many people's will to achieve and not possible to always prescribe.
