People in Tech are also responsible for the non-human stuff happening as they are not contributing or using that while they work (or indeed find somewhere else that does)...

You could say "people doing all the same-same science/tech stuff is directly responsible for people feeling and living without the human consideration stuff".

So don't expect anyone else to do the caring but you.

If you have to make money then consider a kind of therapy as a business - where you talk but it goes towards something put back in between all therapy session and between all therapists and clients..
