We're doing too much #tech right now and it's frying our brains / helping tech too much (eventually helping Amazon S3 money / Bezos / Musk etc with their big pipes feeding all the ever-hunger developers not realising... and some intentionally thinking they can "use" companies in this way, #American companies etc).

I know maybe you kinda do things already but if it doesn't eventually reach most on this side (or increment and snowball as it's own a method) then it's almost not that way you want.

Good Tech people are not looping back to people and their own 'stuff' which ultimately separates people. Together we can us selves out from serious / unserious / loving / unloving and still have work in progress together and improving communications.

It's also like being fan of things but never having contact with the band (go to concert and see a dot far away in massive stadium) or getting to meet other fans might not be that time and place.

So we need a time and space.

Years go by and we think we know people or 'see' them... We know nothing, just their toys occasionally. We need try past that and see why and what they do and re-asses 'ah' and make decisions again. It's more real that way and we can help each other away from the doubt and have it measurable since we do see a lot of good work and words.

and things around that too - so more of these things kinda yes but IF it's around bringing life to our stuff too (and pumping that as our fuel - more % us not just RSS but real people!)

So conversation as the glue to ask permission / try each other etc- #Jitsi as fastest way to do the talking for the non-tech also.
Matrix is a mess (non-32bit / account / app / software). Jitsi 2mins and in. (not same features but for human speak and optional seeing it's perfect.

Doing with people their stuff and a bit of tech help or creative remixing will get people hooked / addicted around you and your stuff and at least to their own stuff considering 'why did I do this eariler?' - we all can see what we are doing for real...!

A light help desk of sorts maybe... like honest feedback about what that doesn't work and even provnig ourselves wrong or saying "hmm not that for me"... "but OH MY GOD I love this this in this combination, here's my music / tech version of it!" -

Constantly 1-upping each other to bring lots of fruit! 🥝 🧡
(like music track remix but with everything else on the hashtags people can pick and choose).

SOCIAL WITHOUT SOCIALISING?

We have Mastodon but it's almost empty software without promoting people themselves properly (which nobody doesn't properly on a weekly / month basis but could at least as a shout-out). They / we need as a more dedicated way of *social* respect (not just memes and #trump hating). Something building us UP 🆙

Similar to capitalism we just find out from social what we can do, mix and match and build much more on TOP 🔝.

The gap between hashtag hating / fear spreading and just tech creating is huge. We need to balance each other or be left isolated in the middle (even you too it will help once a week in chat get #feedback but also #listen).

Investing time in people helps exponentially (as time goes on) and helps hit great things more often... with #time and #dedication for their stuff they already do and other people's (even if it seems 2, 4, 8 is not that many, those #pair of hands and their existing work or #resources is a huge lot of #potential and multiples). ✖️

I have ideas around that... and it is measurable / we will see the feedback socially.
