@freemo Yes, of course, the UK does, but it's unwritten and is no longer 'fit for purpose'. Also I'm currently living in Greece! But don't just think 'Athens' but also the Þingvellir of Iceland.
@freemo This isn't about 'orality' (is that a word?) but about 'unfounded precedence'.
@iankenway From what im reading it seems the answer is, no you dont have a constitution. But your courts have individual upheld various rights or laws of course. But thats not the same.
@iankenway I'd hardly call that a constitution at all if its just orally recited .. "I heard from bill this is illegal".. like what does a constitution even mean if it isnt written down?
