Just finished rewatching Steins;Gate!

I didn't think it would be really good, based on my lack of memories or emotional connections to the anime, but it was amazing!

I really didn't expect to care about the characters or the emotional scenes to hit me so hard 😭😭

I felt so bad for Okabe at the end I cried and toasted a drink to him. I don't know if that's because I am pathetic or just great writing...

This too must have been the choice of Steins Gate.
El Psy Congroo.

Like, I don't even remember why I even decided to watch it again but I think I was like:

"Which anime won't make me cry like a little girl?"

and now I regret it 😭😭

Btw, I know this instance isn't about anime and weebiness so please berate me if I only discuss that sorta stuff. sorree.

@kosame As long as you have a stem interest then it should be fine.

We dont enforce a specific topic but we are all STEM professionals or just interested in STEM. We talk about loads of offtopic stuff though.

@freemo @kosame on-topic only instances are usually ghost towns, anyway

it's more fun to see all (or most) of someone's interests, you get to know them better

@mewmew

Agreed, I feel like on-topic instances are just a hacky way of addressing groups, but as you pointed out it results in a fractured persona.

I wish mastodon would add groups but since they havent treating it more like twitter seems to be the way to go for me.

@kosame

@freemo @kosame Yeah... Pleroma is going to add groups at some point, hopefully Mastodon will be compatible.

@mewmew @freemo @kosame

Joining an interesting discussion. Groups, as in the Facebook Groups? These are one of their better features, and would be nice indeed.

Not sure it would happen here, though.

There is a Groups project that I am involved in, in testing phase, called Guppe Groups.

See it here: gup.pe/
