...kinda you but in many ways not you're just choosing a diff line or be occupied in a different way with what seems the useless people - but it got better also to return the compliment- I value responsiveness highly so there's your compliment back and we're neutral again :]
so while it's good, the hands of a good polisher is what I also want... I'm sure we'll all get there in the end

And I'm not sure of your results right now (because I don't know / see everything) so do you have some measurable conversion in what you do? - I admit my way is damage limitation since the default tech-hold-life-together is hard to avoid so I minimise as 'the solution' (which many may dislike) - but what is your conversion / results, maybe yuo can convert me! But yeah without antagonism or comparing and considering I don't know / see everything) I think it's worth being genuine in asking that...
