.@DefenceU should start relocating civilians from #Kharkiv towards west as:
1. The air defenses are clearly not enough to protect the population there
2. Logistics are crippled by the need to supply civilians with things like medical aid which are reportedly insufficient anyway
At this point at the war the kharkiv should be just a huge military fortress that can take shelling and focus directly on logistics to aid east counter-offensive.
