I've not tooted much, I have been having computer problems - TUrns out I have been running windows on my super slow old hard drive (somehow) and I finally fixed it - got windows on my super fast SSD - computer is flying! However, now my computer crashes randomly, black screen - fans start screaming - the game is still running in the background - I have to reboot to get it back.
Tried everything - power is fine, Underclocked my gfx card, underclocked my system - re-installed windows, uninstalled and re-installed drivers.
I have had 3 days of this nonsense, Totally had enough..

@kreyren I can troubleshoot windows when it's not working - I am totally lost with Linux, Never has worked for me - even on my Raspberry Pi

For a beginner i would recommend Debian (https://debian.org) and i personally use GNU Guix (https://guix.gnu.org) if you prefer to just change a text file and get a reproduucibly working system.
If you do see https://dontasktoask.com it's the golden rule to get good support in linux.
