In Poland now, with my wife. The cops have been coming by every day, demanding that I come to the window, just to check I am still here.
Just a few more days of this inerrant nonsense.
At least I am here. And I thought that only infected people are supposed to be quarantined. As far as I know, I have not been exposed to CoVID-19, and there are serological tests available to prove that. Yet Poland seems to be behind the 8-ball on this one.
@lordalveric Actually tests don't matter here. The quarantine is obligatory for everyone entering the country with several exceptions that mostly have to do with work or duty.
@grzegorzkulik I know the laws written makes it "obligatory", but now that we have tests, why not change all of that to focus only on those who tests positive for the antibodies?
@grzegorzkulik Apparently math does not matter here either. It's supposed to be 14 days, but their way of counting has both a fence-post bug and a tgranularity issue, so it's actually 16 days.
The upshot? I'm under "house arrest" until next Tuesday, not Sunday as I had hoped.
Not happy about this.
@lordalveric The cops seem to love you in any country, lol
