@freemo
You sound like a friend of mine who thinks the same way about prospective employers.
>>They seem like a great company to work for.
<<We'd like you to lead our experienced team!
>>I knew it was too good to be true...
@freemo
I mean, depending on which side of the spectrum- that isn't a bad approach.
Aiming for growth by having a really expectation ceiling gap is one thing. Having hit that ceiling, to the moon, and having no hope to do anything meaningful or satisfying would just wear you down and no-one would notice it.
I'd rather take on a job I'm not capable of doing and learn how- than hate my job that is beneath me enough to even consider mentioning in a conversation.
@freemo
That could get a little lazy/muffled though if one decides to delude themselves into something like a literal philosophical or oration entrepreneur.
@lucifargundam Good thing then that entrepreneurs are never deluded huh? As one myself I can verify this face.
@lucifargundam just become an entrepreneur at that point :)
