I mean, depending on which side of the spectrum- that isn't a bad approach.
Aiming for growth by having a really expectation ceiling gap is one thing. Having hit that ceiling, to the moon, and having no hope to do anything meaningful or satisfying would just wear you down and no-one would notice it.
I'd rather take on a job I'm not capable of doing and learn how- than hate my job that is beneath me enough to even consider mentioning in a conversation.
