For anyone that doesn't know already I'm a self-employed computer technician/consultant for home users and small businesses. I posted my every-few-monthly Facebook post, this time letting people know if they're gifting a laptop or PC to a loved one for Xmas it might be a good idea to crack it open to install the Windows updates before the big day 1/2
