@lucifargundam @twizzay I was thinking where will it lead, not where is it coming from.
If the reasonable discipline, by helping to understand the benefits of discipline, is missing, what remains is a fixation on the external stuff. Even if there is a need for boundaries, what would be reasonable still involves communication, not shackles, or am i off here?

If you teach that physical discipline is the way, i would expect the subjects of that to develop into requiring physical discipline, not only in the specific way that was taught, but in everything else too.
After all, the inner regulatory processes have no way to form.
