@lupyuen This is clearly a good measure but until it is generalized to the whole of the EU, it is too easy to fall outside of the perimeter of its protection:
"if your vulnerability research is carried out on networks or information systems located in whole or in part outside the Belgian territory, the present reporting procedure will only protect you in Belgium and not in the other countries concerned."
