Disgusting Sadistic treatment by Ukrainian Home Guard thugs and some civilians. In some videos, police can be seen participating. I don't know how anybody can negotiate with Zelensky, as he doesn't seem to be in charge of his troops!

@freeschool Not sure what you mean, but I would have let those that wanted to leave, leave. FWIU It's the Right Sector/AZOV that want to keep them in place. Human Shields for propaganda purposes. Any that remained, would be treated like armed combatants by Russian forces.
