I abandoned Friendica and moved to Glasswings for my Diaspora instance and a Mastodon instance in Canada. After a while I realized that my Mastodon instance was okay but had certain limitations that occasionally annoyed me.
When the Twitter collapse began I searched for a better Mastodon instance and moved here to qoto that has none of the limitations of my old instance. I've been a happy camper ever since.
