Cool means 25°C or lesser.
Or less then 30 is also cool maybe.
@mur2501 Cool for me is 20C or less. 20-25C is 'about perfect'. 25+ is I'm dying! Or maybe 'I am about to die!' and 30+ is 'I AM DYING!'. 35+ is... silence. I'll be dead by then. :P

@mur2501 ... No. I like what my country has to offer. Grasslands, forests, lakes, and definitely flat. ;)
