Today I went to the local doctor's clinic and in the waiting room there was an old tribal lady from the villages nearby sitting beside me. She drank some water from her bottle and then spitted all of it behind the bench we were sitting on, some of it also splashed my legs

No I remained silent, don't want any troubles with the tribals. Spitting is a quite common and big issue in India, though I didn't expected this to happen in a clinic
@mur2501 Wow. Did you say something about it to her? Are rural people used to spitting inside buildings?
