I've been tracking my food in the LoseIt app for six weeks now, but I don't have a scale with me, so I have no idea what I weigh.
My clothes were feeling sloppy tho. I picked up a few things that fit. I look a bit healthier and I *feel* much better. Stairs are no problem. My damn acid reflux is 80% better.
Maybe I'll skip the scale indefinitely? It's never helped me before. Looking and feeling a bit better is motivating enough. 🤔
