Nope, Pakistan actually has large number of centers devoted to COVID-19 quarantine. They have been quarantining fairly actively. In fact it is state enforced rather than just a suggestion, much more strict than other countries in that sense.
They have converted hundreds of hotels, for example, to act as quarantine centers for COVId-19.
Quarantine center in Pakistan are joke, Some viral video are showing that no one following social distancing in those centers. Some center are very bad in condition and lack basic goods for daily life.
Noone seems to be following social distancing, guidelines and doctors are simply quoting Corona as fraud.
Pakistan will be the biggest graveyard, we will ever see.

@Inditoot One reason @sda 's claim is so absurd is just how wide spread the quarantine is, and how strongly affected people are who don't.
Even African countries are undergoing quarantine in locations where there is enough population to enforce it. I have several friends in various african countries who have remarked on the quarantine to me.
Like I said its such an absurd statement its like arguing for flat earth or something.
