hair doesn't have gender
gait doesn't have gender

most online forms can be

pick one

[ ] woman
[ ] non-binary
[ ] custom: _____

but when you need more detailed answer (eg: because you're a gender clinic) you should do

tick all that apply
[ ] man
[ ] woman
[ ] non-binary
[ ] genderfluid
[ ] agender
[ ] transgender
[ ] etc...
[ ] custom: ______

note how "transgender woman" is not different from "woman"

those were the things that were wrong. not that people are asked for their gender identity full stop
