@Baley Many do. This small building is the village shop. Those cats know that they'll get their food here. They're lucky. Their people care about them to the point that they take them to a vet when it's necessary – not the standard procedure in this area. There's a group of four dogs and a cat living near us – only people from the outside take care of them. They stick together – for safety and warmth. None of them are really domestic. In my area dogs and cat are usually not allowed inside houses, there a e few good exceptions
