So sounds obvious, but can you really say how and why the "Doctors Without Morals" or how MSF are "bringing the third world to your neighborhood", more personally / specifically? Why do you care for example?
It seems just not clear or something from you without a bit more. Much prefer you saying it than a pictures that can say 1000 words - which might be the wrong words... as they are my guesses or inferences from my own view, and not yours (if there is more context or you also took the picture of course let me know and crossed wires is maybe part of exploring !) Just more understanding or feelings your side appreciated.

@freeschool Erm... isn't 'Medecins Sans Frontieres' translated to 'Doctors without borders'? How'd you get to morals here? Are they killing people enmasse?
@freeschool Oh. It wasn't clear that it was a reply to that person, because you didn't tag them... As it looks like now, it seems to be a standalone toot. They wouldn't get notified of it, and possibly won't be reading this.
