Fuck people who forget about timezones!
O had an interview yesterday and I was late due to a timezone mistake... I even asked them to confirm the hour in UTC but apparently they didn't actually check that it was correct.
In the end I had to do a technical interview regarding proteins, machine learning and chemotherapics on a bench in a park, beside some guys who tried to sell me weed in the middle of the interview...
@rastinza Hehe, never a bad thing to live in one of those 2 countries. I speak from experience of one of those at least. ;)

Right now I'm supposed to go work (or stay remote) in Romania.
That also looks interesting: I've never been there and my Romanian friends tell me the city where I'm supposed to go is very nice.
Life is also cheaper, so I would have to take that into account; however that doesn't work if I am to stay remote

The only problem is that the company is from the Netherlands but I'm supposed to work in another country and they told me that the pay there would be lower...
We didn't discuss salaries since it was a bit difficult talking for me, next week we'll have a discussion on that since I do not understand why they would have to pay me less
Otherwise they can always send me to the Netherlands or Denmark...
