#weather San Francisco is freezing. My wife just came back from my son who works there. They have no insulation and gaps in the doors you could spit through. She is much warmer in Toronto.
@trinsec This is Sanfran, you can only get a rental house for huge rent, and insulation costs extra. The normal temperatures are 25C in the day, and 15C at night. A tiny 3 bedroom house is worth 3 million, but nothing sells because they are paying tax from 1940. The new tax would astound.
