I’m enjoying #HorizonZeroDawn but I have to come up with a #SteamInput config that gets #gyroaiming working properly, I can’t really say that I’m looking forward to plowing through this with right stick alone. I’ve not killed that many robots yet and I’ve concluded that right stick aiming really isn’t that fun after playing with gyro for a while. https://qoto.org/@gpowerf/109727449435247911
@gpowerf I haven't had the fun yet of trying out a gyro like that. So, K+M it is until then. ;) But a game controller really doesn't do it for me for 3D games.
@trinsec I can do both, opted to mostly use gyro because it’s easy to do on the desktop, TV, and handheld. But yeah. I can game on M&K too.
@gpowerf Then you have my respect, because I find looking around and aiming with the right joystick very cumbersome.
@trinsec heh, thanks. Hours of practise recently. And I mean HOURS and HOURS! All I’ve played for a while is Halo with gyro aim.
@trinsec gyro works supremely well. I was sceptical it after practise I love it.
