Oof, I'm not getting off this chair for the rest of the day. Walked around for 3,5 hours at the flea market on King's Day. I only scored 2 Donald Duck Pockets, damage was a mere 70 cent. :P No Loekie plushie to be seen alas.
Funny highlight: Saw a guy sitting with a sign saying 'Erg Matige Portretten' (very mediocre portraits). Had to laugh. ;)
Roads were jampacked with people. Often we had to stand still until we could continue again. There were like 90% trash for sale (as always). Some nice things too though, but not ones I'm interested in.
Surprisingly saw no LEGO, and not that many comics either. Lots of LPs though (singles), and shoes. Shoes. Shoes. Bunch of homemade goodies as well. And lots of clothes of all kinds. Some vintage stuff too.
Funny highlight: There was a guy sitting on a mat with like 5 pairs of new looking high heels on display, and he looked proud too, it was amusing to see.
There were a bunch of small orchestras too. Kids with violins, adults with cellos and some sort of flutes.
At the end we went to a toko to buy some Indonesian snacks for our freezers. Lempers and Dim Sums for me! Also bought delicious sate ayam street food in front of that store, it was close to perfection.
But right now I don't want to do this kind of stuff anymore. At least, not for one year. 😋
