@trinsec , This joke is so Jewish that only Jews will ever understand it. Which is how Seinfeld set up the joke.... He told it to a pair of other people, the Jew snorted, the Gentile looked totally perplexed. It was GOLD! Gold Jerry, GOLD!
But, in general, no Jew would answer "great!" They would complain. Even if they had a million dollar day.
