Strongly suspecting that the easy access to information is one of the biggest contributors to the prevalence of depression. Every day we are reminded that no matter what we do, the world won't stop being an awful place because we as humans are just terrible in large scale management and overall rational thinking.

I mean things are pretty messy and lots of 'awful' stuff going on...
is rational thinking really gonna make things better?
I quite like the idea that doing what feels good, might really be a sollution. Not just acting on impulse, but actually getting out of over rationalising everything and listening to heart and gut more...?
definitely think over stimulation with information is a serious challange to good mental health...
part of the reason I am trying to get into Mastadon to get away from FB, perhaps slightly better?
