@apophis @icedquinn autonomous drones are impossible without computers, directly remote-controlled drones can get jammed. But yeah, remotely fired lasguns are too powerful to be ignored.
@icedquinn I respect it, Dune's Shields are pretty much one of the only sci-fi shields that make sense - stop dangerous (fast-moving) things, but still allow you to grab things and breathe air.
The lasers thing is a bit of a stretch though lol
