@thor I wonder if the purring frequencies could be used to increase bone density to new heights.

@thor "Air recirculation on airplane makes vomit fumes circulate throughout airplane. Passengers claim best smelling flight they have been on."

@thor War is based on deception. War is political.

Politics are based on deception?

a Norwegian political analyst recently described America as having a "violent culture"

@thor I'm surprised it didn't return an image of the older man with the awkward smile. The man kinda looks like him.

The Jet Turbine might have told the Rocket that it was a huge fan.

@AmpBenzScientist it's a bit like how you somehow can't make a movie unless you buy a fancy camera first. you can't just point a phone at people and tell them to act. 🤷‍♂️

@thor That's because Smartphones are wasted potential in nearly every way possible. Do I have access to a smartphone that can capture a 45acp round in flight from 10m with approximately 12 frames of it? Yes I do but I'm getting off topic.

It's like a DSP or FPGA, you have to pay monies to get results because they have a monopoly and their precious IP might be useful without their consent.

@thor @pfpoitras Yeah the gel membrane would be able to capture the desired molecule and release it into clean water. I'm familiar with it from electrochemistry but that mostly involves unstable intermediates. I had an interesting conversation with someone who managed to defeat the advanced binders for pseudoephedrine with a similar method. It was beautiful.

@thor @pfpoitras Reverse Osmosis or fractional distillation under reduced pressure.

@AmpBenzScientist @pfpoitras would you have any idea of how to filter very fine particles out of water? i use paper to get rid of most of the filler but there's a fine mist of it that clouds the water. passes straight through all paper filters i've tried, and the particles are light enough that they don't fall to the bottom of the container.

@AmpBenzScientist that's the one i had in mind i think. sounds like it depends on evaporation.

@thor Analytical Chemistry is its own field. Stuff happens and it's kinda important to be able to explain it.
