@thor Dr. Freud was the greatest Psychologist in the field. Most of his work has been discarded which is why Psychology is not a science in any way. It's stereotyping and manipulation much like Political Science. They all love cocaine but do nothing to deserve it.

Alcohol is called a solvent because it solves tension in the material and loosens it up. If you blend it with something else, this is called a solution.

@AmpBenzScientist They have systems like that in data centres. You want to leave real quick or you'll suffocate.
@thor I've got around 3-5 minutes before brain damage. It would be cool to just stand there the whole time and reassure everyone that it's perfectly safe.
@thor We had those in aircraft hangers. People died and it was acceptable. There were accelerants and oxidizers so they would die anyway.

Still thinking about that one time when I shot a training video as a freelance gig, and later on, watching the footage again, I realised that the talent was probably drunk. He was so nervous about being in front of a camera that he got drunk to relax a little. It's like Nancy Pelosi. I remember watching a live broadcast of her on CNN and I realised she was drunk. People will drink to numb their feelings before going to work, so they can think logically and endure the stress.
@thor In the US we used to be good at things because of alcohol consumption, amphetamine and tobacco use. Now we are focusing on pronouns instead of the garbage we manage to create.
@thor They can usually be opened rather easily or so I've heard. It's likely a standard key that could be found in some unexpected places. Firemen don't have space for many keys.

The fire alarm keeps going off in this condo all the time. Horrible loud noise. Lots of false alarms. It's like a psychologic terror operation. If there is an actual fire in here, people will ignore the alarm and die in the fire. I can go and look at the fire alarm panel to see which apartment unit triggered it this time and if there's not any smoke coming out, I'm not leaving the building.
@thor Fire alarms should activate systems to release CO2 and safely extinguish fires. It's effective but it was viewed as immortal because of the corpses.
