This is a capsule containing ground up Syrian rue seeds. They contain fluorescent harmala alkaloids and thus they glow like stars under UV light!
@lucifargundam From having eaten them and tested it, you can make pee and sweat glow, take it for a few days and your skin will get little glowing dots under UV, but poop does not glow.
