@paulbusch Absolutely, it's completely stupid. I'm just saying the only way it could possibly work is if no ICE vehicles were allowed. The ventilation would be impossible. But still, and this can't be stressed enough, completely stupid idea.

A few years ago, I was in the nicest traffic jam ever.
Three or four cars were stopped in both directions on a very busy two lane road to wait for a Canadian military officer to carry a turtle across the lanes towards the river. Then we all waited for him to cross back to his car and let him pull back onto the road ahead of us.
