I think Sunak boasting about NI being in an exciting position and a very attractive to investment is peak Brexit.

Actually, it's not. Peak Brexit is people cheering this as an act of amazing statecraft and diplomacy. While they sit in shit-filled rivers, eating mouldy turnips, they are actually cheering the fact NI get access to the SM.
